Kindergarten Mother's Day Spa

Every year the kindergartners put on a "Spa" for their moms. I went to the spa when Jonah was in kindergarten and when Elijah was in kindergarten. This year was Isaiah's turn to pamper me.

They start by putting cucumbers on our eyes and lotion on our hands and then rubbing our shoulders. After that we rotated around 4 tables getting to "be pampered" in different ways. We started at the make-up table. Isaiah did my make-up--and yes, blue eye shadow was involved. Then we went to the reading table. He had made a book about me and things he liked about me. My favorite was what Isaiah wrote about the way I look, "My mom looks prettiest when she is dressed." (Now that is a given, no one would think I looked prettiest undressed.) Then he did my hair and then painted my nails. We took a few pictures that I thought I'd share.
My hair was done in several little yellow pony tail holders.
My nails on my left hand alternate pink and orange with white dots and stickers. On my left hand the nails alternate blue glitter and purple with white dots.
Isaiah also made me this flower.
These are two of Isaiah's best friends: Keegan (left) and Luke (in the middle).
